Can Stamp
Whether you are a cootie-phobe like me or just don’t like sharing you may want to check out the Can Stamp. The Can Stamp allows you to mark your soda or beer can with a very clear message of ownership. Some of the Can Stamps you can chose from are “MINE”, “IN USE”, “FUEL”, AND […]
DemonBells
The Kettlebell or girya is basically a cast iron weight which typically looks like a cannonball with a handle on top. Kettlebells are typically used for ballistic exercises combining flexibility, cardio, and strength training. DemonBells are no different… except for the fact that they are way cooler. You can choose between a more feminine style […]
Coca Cola Zero Ugly Christmas Sweater Generator
Oh the ugly Christmas sweater. A reminder of Aunt Sally’s knitting skills and her love for her nephews. Me and my brother received one of these monstrosity’s each year. It was as if she competing, with herself, to make the sweater more obnoxious each year. Apparently a clever marketing person at Coca-Cola (Zero) had a […]
Warplane Tiger Shark Ceiling Fan
This Craftmade WB3448TS Warplane Tiger Shark Ceiling Fan is perfect for the fly guy/gal in your life. It would look just as good in a kids room as it would in a man cave. The design is modeled after the P-40 fighter planes used during WWII and even has a light in the center of […]
Kelty Mach AirPole Tent
Traditional tents, with poles, aren’t as easy to set up as they should be. My current tent, the Coleman Instant Tent, while easier than most isn’t going to be as simple as the Kelty Mach AirPole Tent pictured above. The Kelty Mach 4 AirPole Tent uses inflatable AirPoles and an included dual-action floor pump. So […]
Roadie Tuner For Speedy Guitar Tuning
My musical ears aren’t the type that can tune a guitar without any tools/tuners. Sure there are plenty of guitar tuning tools and even apps for your smartphone. If you want to speed up the process check out this Kickstarter tool, the Roadie Tuner. The Roadie Tuner ($79) pairs a handheld tuner that pairs with […]
Ultimate Ears Boom Speaker
Lately the quality of battery powered (aka portable) Bluetooth speakers has been improving. The sound range, from heavy bass to bright treble, in these little speakers is getting amazing. Add that with great battery life and you can rock impromptu parties with ease. The only negative these days are the directional nature of most portable […]
Arizona & Nevada
So, we left Austin and headed west. There is a lot of desert between Texas and Arizona. To break up the drive a little we pulled over and explored the many abandoned buildings off the freeway. It’s crazy how many failed businesses and towns there are along that stretch of the US. Read on for […]
BikeConsole Power Plus Review
I was happy to give the BikeConsole Power Plus a try, especially since there is a version for the Samsung Galaxy S4. After ripping through the packaging I charged up the 2800mah Li-ion battery pack and mounted the holder to my bicycle. The mount is one of the best mounts I’ve seen for handle bars […]
Cobra iRadar Atom Laser-Radar-Camera Detector
A good radar detector (in this case a radar, laser, police, and camera detector) is worth it’s weight in gold. Getting a speeding ticket these days is so expensive it typically costs much more than your radar detector. And… that radar detector should save you more than just one ticket. I just got back from […]
