Great Depression Coming? Store Your Gold In The Underground Time Capsule
I know this is a kids toy… but I am stuffing my gold Indian head nickel collection in it and getting ready for the 2009 great depression. The underground time capsule by backyard safari is actually a cool design. First you bury the time capsule gadget in your backyard, then… if you want to add […]
Samsung OmniaHD – First HD Video Cell Phone – 720P
I am a firm believer that the cell phone will eventually be your digital Swiss army knife. The cell phone of the future will, hopefully, have a HD video camera, high resolution still picture camera, MP3/MP4 Player and more. There are many attempts at this type of device… but they usually fall short on one […]

Palm Pre Hands On Video
If you are one of the loyal Palm fans waiting for the Palm Pre, then check out the 25-minute video of Peter Skillman (VP of design at Palm) playing with his Pre. Skate 2 Review
While there have been a number of additions to the formula to add in things that gamers really wanted to see after playing the first one, like hand plants, it’s clear that Black Box was sticking closely to the "if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it" rule. [Via]
Another “Dope” iPhone Gimmick App
Here is an odd dichotomy – using your iPhone as a ballistics computer to get quick shooting solutions *boggle*… I guess in addition to letting you shoot the shit, iPhone now lets you really shoot the shit! When I think of a typical iPhone user, I think of some left wing metro sexual putz using […]
Super Bright Projector – The Sanyo PCL-XF71
The Sanyo PCL-XF71 projector claims to be the brightest projector in its category at 10,000 lumens. Too bad the resolution is below 720P, coming in at 1024×768. The contrast ratio is a decent 3000:1, which will keep you from having to close every curtain in your house to watch TV. Yours for about $17,000.
USBCell – USB Rechargeable Batteries
I love rechargeable batteries. So much better than having to constantly buy batteries only to throw them away after a short time. Not to mention, rechargeable batteries are better for our environment. With that said, I don’t typically get excited about rechargeable batteries unless maybe it is a solar charger or a smart charger. So […]
Palm Shows Off Their New iPhone Competitor The Pre
When I first read about the “pre” I thought that the sentence was cut off… or that the name was chopped by mistake. Like maybe the phone was called the “Palm Premier” or the “Palm Pretty”. Sooo, let me start off by saying I think the name is ummm stoopid. With that said… I am […]
