Let me just get the bad news out of the way up front. The AUTOLift 3000 seems to be stuck in Czech Republic for the time being. Pricing and US availability are still up in the air. Now on the good parts. Holy cow is this car lift thin and light weight. You can lift […]

The Bag Butler Makes Quick Work Of Lawn Work
Fall is a beautiful time of year, cold crisp air, back-to-back holidays, leaves of changing color, and warm winter clothes. I genuinely look forward to this time of year but I do dread the extra yard work created from the falling leaves. My yard has quite a few large trees that wreak havoc on the […]
Ridgid 31693 WD1851 16 Gallon 6.5 HP Wet/Dry Vacuum With Cart Review
It was time for a new shop vacuum. After looking around a bit and comparing specs that were important to me (size, suction power, tool attachments, etc…) the Rigid 31693 WD1851 won the challenge and came home with me. I have had the Rigid WD1851 for a while now and thought I should update folks […]
Tactical LED Flashlight Knife
Two things I like very much. Flashlights and knives. This Nestsun Tactical Flashlight Knife ($15) is fairly priced and has pretty good reviews as well. Opinel DIY Knife
Ever heard of Opinel knives? Yep, me neither but it turns out they have been making great EDC knives in France since the late 1800’s. This yellow (or grey) handled beauty adds a new trick to an otherwise traditional knife in the form of two screwdriver bits. The bits are nestled on the sides of the […]

Anti Gravity Paint Tray = Paint2It Pro
Painting is a tough job. Especially for tough spots that require being on a step-stool or ladder. This gadget, the Paint2It Pro, makes touchup work a bit easier and cleaner. Paint2It Pro($19.99) locks in the paint (up to 12-ounces) and it won’t spill even if turned completely upside down. The goofy infomercial does a better […]
Chef’s Elite Meat Vacuum Marinator
For the foodies amongst us, you know how a good marinade can bring improve upon meat and veggie dishes. The problem with marinating meat is that it can take a full 24 hours to get a good marinade soak. That certainly doesn’t work for the spontaneous chef. Add some tumbling and vacuum power and you […]
Rat Works Mini MRX = Chain Drive Automatic Knife
Possibly the coolest knife out there let alone the coolest automatic. The Rat Works Mini MRX is the smaller version of the Rat Works MRX. Same thing, just smaller and better for every day carry (EDC). The Rat Worx MRX (and mini) are both very highly rated knives and are known for being incredibly tough. […]
