Microsoft to borrow money to buy Yahoo… the American Way!

Looks like even Microsoft will be borrowing money to make their latest purchase. Assuming the bid is accepted and gets approval from the feds. In staying with the American trend of borrowing money for just about every purchase, Microsoft will be selling bonds and debt. This move clearly shows the desperation on Microsoft’s part to compete with Google in the $40 billion-a-year advertising and search game.
