Seagate Sells One Billion Hard Drives


Like McDonalds, Seagate is posting up ridiculous sales numbers.  Seagate claims to be the fist hard drive company to hit the "one billion drives shipped" mark.  Seagate was founded in 1979 and it’s first hard drive was only 5MB and cost $1,500.  Seagate expects to ship the next one billion drives in only 5 years time.  Go Seagate go…
