Speed Bumps Are For Sissy’s – Speed Walls From China

I guess you can call this a gadget… a speed bump gadget.  The Chinese decided that speed bumps were just not enough to slow down traffic on the Jing Zhuang highway…so they built a 2 foot high wall that extends 100 feet long!  Looks like people have been using the wall for bumper car action… that has to hurt a bit.
