HandyCooler Personal Air Conditioner

Technically this is more of a swamp cooler than an air conditioner… but who really cares… it cools you down.  The HandyCooler Personal Air Conditioner looks like a Sony Camcorder but is a mini cooling unit.  The device uses a damp sponge and a fan to lower the air temp by as much as 25 degrees Fahrenheit (suspect).  Anyone try this thing out yet?  If so let me know how it works.
