Concussions and motorcycle crashes kinda go hand-in-hand. One way to limit injuries and speed recover is to cool the affected area as quickly as possible. The ThermaHelm motorcycle helmet does just that, when an accident happens the helmet cools down by mixing water and nitrate. The cooling should last for about 45 minutes helping a riders chance of surviving a bad accident. The helmet is expected to go on sale for around $800 in July 2010.
