Seiko Spring Drive Spacewalk Watch

Seiko decided to make a watch so tough that it would not only work in the space station, but one that would work in outside of the station in the vacuum of space.  The Seiko Spring Drive Spacewalk Watch displays the time, date, and chronograph while being powered by a spring drive system with a Tri-synchro regulator (huh?).  The Seiko Spring Drive Spacewalk Watch will set you back just under $30,000.  Video after the break.
