Alta Bike Share Bringing 10,000 Bikes To NYC

Alta Bike Share, of Portland, will be plopping 10,000 ride share bikes on NYC next year (2012).  The bikes will be left at the locking rack stations throughout the city from the Upper West Side to Crown Heights.  The bikes can be available 24 hours per day via a per-ride rental or via a membership.
