At first glance I thought the LED illuminated wrench was a joke. Well it is real, and it isn't a half bad idea. I have been in plenty of situations where a bit of light would have helped my wrenching efforts.
Each of the LED wrenches has a rechargeable battery that will provide about 5-hours of lighting. The LEDs can be switched between low and high beam and there's also a flashing setting for emergency situations.
