Scion iQ

Scion IQ

At first glance the Scion IQ could be confused as a (more stylish) Smart Car, but it is, well, smarter.  The Scion IQ plays in the micro car space along with the Smart ForTwo, the Mini Cooper, and the Fiat 500.  One of the most notable differences among the competition is the price.  The iQ starts off under $16,000 and gets better mileage than most of the others as well.  You can expect 36 MPG city and 37 MPG highway from a four-cylinder 94 horsepower engine.  The best part, unlike the Smart ForTwo, the Scion iQ can seat four people.
