myIDkey Biometric Password Storage USB Drive

myIDkey Biometric Password Storage USB Drive

After showing off their product online and at CES the makers of the myIDkey are looking for money to make the product a reality.  This blocky USB device has to potential to safely store your passwords.

The myIDkey has a USB port, Bluetooth for mobile devices, storage for your passwords, a biometric fingerprint scanner, a microphone (you can ask it for the password to say your Wells Fargo acct), and an auto-fill utility for password entry.  I like the idea, just not sure how well the current design would last banging around on a keychain everyday.  Only time will tell.  Want to help fund the product?  Head on over to KickStarter.
