Day 2 Of The Road Trip
The 2nd Day of the road trip started off in Grants Pass, OR where we took the car to the shop for a non-working heater. The shop we took it to was super amazing. Props to Kelly’s Automotive! If you are in the area and have car troubles look them up. This is a bit of a problem as we will be heading to colder weather. We are told the fix will take over 5 hours. Bummer.
After that, we cruised a 1,200 horsepower jet boat up the Rogue River. Pretty amazing views and 12″ deep water. The boat slid sideways around corners like a drift car and did a few 360’s for good measure. Worth trying if in the area… but no need to do more than 2 hours. And yes, you will get a bit wet.
Staying with family in Lakeside, OR and going to ride ATV’s on the dunes and go clamming in the morning.
