Garmin Forerunner 220 And 620 Can Predict Your Race Times

Garmin’s latest Forerunner watches, the 220 and 620, are a huge leap for runners and walkers.  Both watches have a one-inch color screen providing clear visuals and alerts.  Both Forerunner watches can also synch with your computer or smartphone via Bluethooth, and the 620 can also connect with WiFi.  The Forerunner 620 also keeps track of the runners (or walkers) capabilities and can estimate your race times.  The 620 also measures gait vian an accelerometer and even suggests days off based on heart rate history.  Pretty cool, huh?

The Forerunner 220 will sell for $250 and the Forerunner 620 will sell for $400.
