Halfbike II = Half Bike / Half Scooter

Halfbike II

Another Kickstarter product that has blown through the pledge amount (at $67,821 as of 4.8.15). The Halfbike is a clever marriage of a bike and scooter. It has 3 wheels, the front of which is powered by traditional bike pedals.

The Halfbike II is not just about getting from point a-to-b it is about getting there with a smile on your face. It also folds for portability and weighs just 18 pounds. The bike will accommodate riders up to 6’4″ and up to 200 pounds.  Currently the bike is $399 but will be priced at $599 after the Kickstarter campaign has ended.

We believe happiness has something to do with playing and having fun. And that includes going out and being active. So, we set out to create a new vehicle to awaken your natural instinct to move. A vehicle that trains your balance and reflexes in a completely new way. One that disconnects you for a moment from your daily routine and allows you to focus solely on your body and the ride itself.
