The ultimate bug-out vehicle has to be the Russian ATV Tarus 2M. Not only does it have huge balloon tires but it is has a 2×2 drive system. And, if there happens to be an obstacle that you can’t get over you can just pick it up and carry it as it weighs just 103-pounds. There is a 3-speed transmission which will get you up to 37mph.
