I guess this is the future of fire starting and candle lighting? The SPPARX USB Lighter ($24) works by creating an electric arc with the press of a button. This electronic arc lighter is rechargeable via USB and is good for about 300 sparks per charge. I am not sure if this is good alternative to what is already out there but it is windproof and doesn’t require any butane.
