Looks like Asus hit their scheduled shipping date with the new 8.9-inch Eee PC 900. If you need the 8.9-inch screen you can pick up the Linux version for $549 at Amazon, or the XP version for $600 at ZipZoomFly.com.

I have a asus eee 701 and love it. Would be nice to have a little bigger screen but I do not think the price is worth the upgrade at this time. If you are looking for a nice small travel laptop that is not a primary pc this is the way to go for the price.
