I realize the benefits of eating fresh fruit, however I rarely tend to buy/eat fresh fruit.  Maybe it is because the fruit goes bad so quickly… maybe it is because I am lazy.  Either way, making fresh fruit last longer (without chemicals) is a great idea.  Enter BLUE, a magic bowl that cleanses and protects your fruit via a special blue light that kills bacteria.  The unit uses a rechargeable battery and a removable bowl for easy cleaning.  A picture showing how BLUE works, after the break.
