The video, below the fold, shows just how smart swallows really are. This is from the University of Victoria's bike parking garage. The birds had already established nests inside the garage, then motion detecting doors were installed. What did the birds do? They learned how to open the doors so they could come and go as they please. Video of the birds that can open motion detection doors after the break.
