Zero Motorcycles – Electric Dirt Bike

The folks at Zero Motorcycles in Scotts Valley, CA are giving the all electric motorcycle (dirt only) a serious go. There “Zero X” bike is trying to convince the conventional (gas powered) dirt bike rider to switch to electric. There are two versions available currently, the standard for $7,450 and the high power for $8,350.

There is a large list of pro’s and con’s in both directions, watch the four video’s after the break and you decide.
