SharkStopper Shark Repelling Ankle Bracelet

SharkStopper

Sharks are scary critters with rows of razor sharp teeth. The white shark goes through an estimated 30,000 teeth in its lifetime. No wonder surfers, swimmers, and outrigger paddler Derek from Lokahi are scared of sharks.

The SharkStopper, which currently lives on KickStarter, works to repel sharks by using acoustics. The sound emitted by the SharkStopper ankle bracelet is that of killer whales, a natural shark predator. Let’s just hope that the killer whale sounds don’t send out a mating call to the killer whales, that wouldn’t be fun.

  1. Thank you GadgetKing for featuring our SharkStopper product. This is truly a product that can make a difference. It can help protect users from shark attacks while enjoying the open waters. It will also provide protection for sharks by being able to signaling them to stay away from areas that could be harmful to them as well.
