Nike HyperAdapt 1.0 Self Lacing Shoe

Better late than never. About one year late to be exact. Nike has announced that the self-lacing shoe is finally going to be released. Expect to see this Nike HyperAdapt 1.0 Self Lacing Shoe late 2016 and only for members of Nike+.

The HyperAdapt 1.0 Shoe will have sensors in the heel to know when you have placed your foot inside and will then tighten the laces for you. No details on the battery life, recharging mechanism, etc.
