Screaming Deal On A "Cool" Gaming Chair

Pyramat Wireless PC Gaming Chair

Let me start off by saying… I never thought I would be writing about a gaming chair… it is sooo 40-year old virgin.  Either way… this thing is actually cool… and the price is amazing for what you get.  Read on to see why I am so excited about a gaming chair.

So why am I, the non-gamer, so excited about the Pyramat Wireless PC Gaming Chair?  The chair is available for only $144.99 (was $249.99) and has free shipping.  I have paid more for a crappy office chair without all the accoutrements.  Also, the chair could actually pass for an office chair… it looks good. The chair has two built-in 1.5-inch full range speakers and a 4-inch powered subwoofer.  The Pyramat also comes with a wireless transmitter so you don’t have to run audio cables to it.  You can either plug the chair in to the wall for power, or use the rechargeable battery for 5 hours.

Pyramat’s PC Gaming Chair 2.1 enhances the games you play on your PC as well as all your PC-based entertainment–from music to movies–with two built-in full-range speakers as well as a Powersub subwoofer. The combination of meticulous audio clarity with the built-in subwoofer produces an immersive gaming experience that brings you closer to the action. It comes with a digital wireless transmitter (working on the 2.4 GHz frequency) that you plug into your PC’s line-out/headphone jack (with included 3.5mm cable), which then streams audio from your PC to the chair’s speakers.

The comfortably padded chair features a breathable micro-fiber upholstery, and the chair also features a pneumatic height adjustment and locking tilt control. It’s supplemented with two speakers at the top of the chair with 1.5-inch ARX drivers for a precise, full range of sound, as well as a 4-inch Powersub subwoofer built into the back of the chair for deep, rumbling bass. A controller with an LED display resides on the end of the left armrest, and it includes bass control, headphone output, and a line-in port. It also provides a wireless channel selector, wireless transmission on/off, and volume control.

The chair is powered by a rechargeable battery, which provides between 4 and 5 hours of battery life. It can also be powered by the included DC power adapter. It’s backed by a 90-day limited warranty. Assembly required.
