Beer Gas… Not What You Think

It isn’t an allergic reaction or anything… not like my friend (Erik) who gets gas when he drinks beer.  This is actually ethanol that is made from beer making byproducts.  Sierra Nevada is making the ethanol from water, sugar, and yeast… allowing waste recycling and a green fuel source.

Now when I am getting drunk I am helping the environment… someone tell my wife.
