Tennessee Is About To Make Sharing Your Netflix Password Illegal

Netflix Password

Stupid Tennessee lawmakers have just passed a measure that would make it a criminal offense to use a shared password with a friend (even with full permission).  This actually applies to any service, like Rhapsody, Hulu, Netflix, etc,

The bill is currently awaiting the governors approval, let's hope he has a brain and stamps it with a big "no thanks”.  Not holding my breath however.  The RIAA losers started this initiative and won't stop until they fully kill their CD and DVD business.  Tennessee, why stop there, how about people sharing a sandwich?

  1. Why doesn’t that surprise me? The surprising thing is that CA didn’t think of it first!
