Chinese Inventor Builds Personal Submarine For Under $5,000

Tao Xiangli, a Chinese inventor, has made his very own submarine for only 30,000 yuan ($4,385).  The project took about two years and uses electric motors/propellers, has a periscope, and a depth control tank.  Another picture of him in action after the break.
