IKEA Patrull Air Filter

Looks like IKEA is getting in to the appliance and electronics markets with their latest gadget the Patrull Air Purifier.  I have to admit it looks a bit better than some of the other air purifiers I have seen, but does it work?  Will have to wait for reviews to…
