One of the cooler roller coasters in the world, "Vanish" located in Yokohama Japan, dives into an underwater tunnel at one point during the ride.  The roller coaster track is 2,440 feet in length and a typical ride lasts about 1-minute 58-seconds.  Video of the Vanish roller coaster in action after the break.
