Boston Dynamics Pole Climbing Robot

The smart kids at Boston Dynamics (maker of the famous big dog robot) have a new robot in the works – the RiSE v3 pole dancer climber.

The RiSE V3 robot is 28 inches long and climbs at the speed of about 8 inches per second… until it falls that is.  Watch the video after the break.
